Can I pick-up my order to avoid shipping charges?
Yes; however if you'd like to pick your order up at our facility you will need to place your order over the phone. 
Can I order parts over the phone?
If you are uncomfortable with e-commerce or simply prefer the phone, we're happy to earn your business either way. Simply contact us to place your order.
Do you have regional sales reps or distributors?
No. In an effort to keep our costs to a minimum we do not pay traveling sales reps or distributors.
Do you warehouse everything in your catalog or will I have to wait?
In most cases we can ship your parts immediately; however seasonal influxes in business can cause delay's from time to time. In the event your requested part is back ordered we will contact you immediately with a ship date and allow you the option to cancel.
Why are your prices so low?
To begin with, we run an extremely efficient production line and have large buying power with our material supplies. However, the bulk of your savings are simply due to the fact that you're buying direct and not paying a dealer mark-up. |
